REPORT WRONGDOING AND BAD FAITH: DOCUMENTING THE RECORD
The first step in raising standards of legal representation within our justice system is to report instances of attorney bad faith, malfeasance or misconduct.
Court after court has censured Graham Berry and ordered he pay sanctions for wrongdoing. Berry’s abusive litigation against the Church of Scientology has been so severe, he was officially designated a vexatious litigant and was also suspended from practice by the California State Bar.
